  • Coat the chicken breasts in the egg, then dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.

Cooking

  • Spray the chicken breasts lightly with olive oil to ensure they crisp up nicely in the air fryer.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they aren't overcrowded for even cooking.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes at 380°F (190°C), flipping halfway through. They should be golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
