  • 1 tsp onion powder Provides depth and sweetness.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Infuses the meatballs with savory flavor.
  • 1 tsp dried thyme Adds an earthy, herbal note.
  • 1/4 cup homemade mayonnaise Keeps the meatballs moist.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley Adds color and fresh taste.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Check the mixture consistency; it should be a little runny.
  • Use damp hands or a cookie scoop to shape the mixture into meatballs.
  • Place meatballs on a paper-lined sheet pan to prevent sticking.

Cooking

  • Transfer half of the meatballs to the air fryer basket and cook for 12 to 14 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F.
  • Repeat with the remaining meatballs.

Notes

For the best results, use slightly fatty ground meat for enhanced flavor and moisture. Wetting your hands while shaping can prevent sticking.
