Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and cooking tools.
  • Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  • Rinse the spinach if needed and set it aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it into pieces. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the turkey is cooked, stir in the chicken broth and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Serving

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the turkey and sauce mixture.
  • Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. This dish can also be frozen for up to 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or use the microwave.
