  • Gather your ingredients to streamline the cooking process.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and carrot, cooking until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender, around 3-4 minutes more. Season with thyme, sage, and pepper.
  • Incorporate the ground turkey, cooking until browned and fully cooked, approximately 6-8 minutes.
  • Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring well to coat. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
