Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients, ensuring you have everything you need within reach.
  • Slice the chicken breast into evenly sized pieces to ensure they cook uniformly.
  • Season the chicken pieces liberally with kosher salt, ground pepper, and Cajun seasoning, coating them well.
  • Have all your measuring cups, spoons, and mixing bowls ready to minimize mess.

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C).
  • Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
