Wonton Cup Ingredients

  • 20 pieces wonton wrappers Press into mini muffin pan to form cups.

Filling Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup crab meat, chopped Use fresh or canned crab meat.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions Reserve some for garnish.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Press the wonton wrappers gently into a mini muffin pan to form little cups.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Scoop the filling into each wonton cup evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  • Let cool slightly and garnish with extra green onions before serving.

Notes

These cups can be served with sweet and sour sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
