Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the chicken until no longer pink and shred it.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and frozen vegetables.
  • Add the shredded chicken and mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

Cooking

  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add breadcrumbs to the melted butter and stir until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken mixture in the casserole dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes.
