  • 1/2 cup cowboy butter Melted

Preparation

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the cowboy butter until bubbling.
  • Once the butter has melted, add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
  • Stir well to coat the mushrooms evenly in the cowboy butter.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
  • Once cooked, transfer the mushrooms to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For an extra depth of flavor, add freshly minced garlic in the last few minutes of cooking. Avoid overcrowding the skillet to prevent steaming.
