Preparation

  • Gather ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • Shred the chicken if not already shredded.
  • Finely chop the green onions for garnish.

Cook/Assemble

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheddar.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly, and slightly golden on top.

Serve

  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggie dippers.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add extra buffalo sauce or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
