  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Main Flavor Ingredients

  • 1 can Canned Clams drained, reserve juice
  • 2 Tbsp Green Onion finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice adjust to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients on the countertop.
  • Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • Finely chop green onion and mince garlic.
  • Drain the canned clams, reserving the juice.

Assemble

  • In a mixing bowl, combine room temperature cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the drained clams, chopped green onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
  • Pour in some reserved clam juice to reach the desired consistency. Stir until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with black pepper as needed.

Serve

  • Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Chill in the refrigerator if desired.
  • Garnish with extra green onions or black pepper before serving.
  • Serve with fresh vegetable sticks, gluten-free crackers, or toasted bread rounds.

Notes

For a creamier dip, chill for about an hour before serving. Consider swapping green onion for dill or parsley for added flavor.
