Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools: a mixing bowl, a baking sheet, and parchment paper.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup later.

Cooking/Assembling

  • In your mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter and marshmallow fluff until well combined.
  • Spread about a tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture onto one cracker, top it with another cracker, and repeat until all pairs are assembled.
  • Melt the chocolate chips, adding vegetable oil if desired for a smoother consistency.
  • Dip each cracker stack into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully covered before placing it back on the parchment-lined sheet.

Serving

  • Allow the chocolate to set for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes
