Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk thoroughly to ensure an even mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Beat until well mixed.

  • Carefully mix in boiling water until smooth. The batter will be quite thin.

Baking
