Preparation

  • Start by washing the grapes under cold water, removing any stems.
  • Pat them dry gently with a paper towel or clean cloth.
  • Slice the grapes in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Chop the pecans finely and set aside for later.

Cooking and Assembly

  • In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and nonfat Greek yogurt.
  • Add the white granulated sugar and brown sugar to the mixture, followed by the vanilla extract.
  • Use a hand mixer to combine until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.

  • After mixing, fold in the finely chopped pecans.
