  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded or chopped Can use leftovers
  • 8 ounces Egg Noodles Cooked until al dente
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup Acts as a creamy base
  • 1/2 cup Milk Adds creaminess
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded Reserve some for topping
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables, optional Use any veggies you prefer

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Adds smokiness
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Gather all your ingredients and have them ready to go.
  • If your chicken isn’t cooked, boil or bake it until done and shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking/Assembly

  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cooked egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, milk, and any optional veggies.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese—leave some for topping!
  • Transfer everything to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.

Baking/Serving

  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Dig in and enjoy that cheesy goodness!

Notes

For best results, avoid too much liquid and overcooked noodles. Customize with different veggies or proteins.
