Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
  • Mince the garlic and set aside.
  • Slice the chicken breasts into even pieces for uniform cooking.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook until it’s golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Toss in the minced garlic and broccoli, stirring until the broccoli is bright green.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, stir to combine, and cook another 2-3 minutes until everything is well-coated.

Serving

  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Don’t overcrowd the pan for even cooking. Great for meal prep and freezer-friendly.
