Instructions
 

Prep

  • If using fresh cherries, wash and pit them. If using frozen cherries, let them thaw for a few minutes.
  • Prepare a blender or food processor for blending the ingredients.

Cook

  • Add the cherries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth, ensuring there are no chunks of cherries remaining.

Serve

  • Transfer the mixture to a container and spread it evenly.
  • Place the container in the freezer for 2-4 hours until frozen.
  • Scoop out the frozen yogurt and serve immediately, enjoying the creamy texture and sweet cherry flavor.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Allow the frozen yogurt to sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving for easier scooping. Add toppings just before serving.
