Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • Roll out the crescent rolls and lay them in the baking dish, pressing to seal the seams.

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly.
  • Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the crescent rolls.
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them over the sausage and dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Notes
