  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning For tangy flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Grated, melts beautifully.
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Optional for serving.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half or quarters.
  • Chop the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  • In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  • Optional: top with sour cream and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes
