Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
  • Preheat your skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mince the garlic and set aside.
  • Prepare your desired toppings, such as chopped lettuce or diced tomatoes.

Cooking/Assembling

  • In the heated skillet, add a splash of olive oil and warm for 30 seconds.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Mix in the chopped chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until heated thoroughly.
  • Stir in the cream cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Lay out the tortilla wraps and spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each wrap. Top with shredded cheese and any extras.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in and wrap tightly.

Serving

  • Carefully place the wraps seam-side down back into the skillet.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from heat, let sit for a minute, then slice in half for visual appeal.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time. Experiment with different cheese blends for unique flavor profiles. Wrap in foil when storing in the fridge to maintain moisture.
