Preparation

  • Allow cream cheese to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  • Gather all ingredients for easy mixing.
  • Chop fresh chives and nuts, setting aside.

Cooking/Assembling

  • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, chives, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix until well combined, creating a smooth mixture.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serving

  • Remove the cheese ball from the fridge and roll in chopped nuts until fully coated.
  • Serve with crackers or veggie sticks.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is very soft. Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge. Leftovers can be kept for a week in an airtight container.
