  • Wash and chop the apples into small pieces; no need to peel them unless you prefer.
  • Measure out your Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and honey or maple syrup.

Cook/Assemble

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrots and chopped apples.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and honey or maple syrup.
  • Mix thoroughly using a spatula until all ingredients are well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • If prepping for the week, consider separating into meal prep containers at this stage.
