Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes

  • 2 medium Potatoes, cleaned and peeled Cut into small cubes for even cooking.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For tossing the potatoes.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked Paprika For warm, smoky flavor.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds savory punch.
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper Essential for flavor.

For the Beef

  • 1 pound Lean Beef Mince High protein source.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For cooking the beef.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For seasoning the beef.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder For added sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano For earthy flavor.

Toppings

  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce Fresh crunch.
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded Creamy finish.
  • 1 cup Pickle Slices For a tangy bite.
  • to taste Mayonnaise Creamy topping.
  • to taste Ketchup Tangy topping.

  • 1 teaspoon Pickle Juice Adds zing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking the potatoes.
  • Clean and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes for even cooking.
  • In a bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender.

Cooking & Assembling

  • While the potatoes bake, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the lean beef mince to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Ensure it’s fully browned.
  • Stir in the remaining spices: garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat and layer the bowls with baked potatoes, beef, shredded lettuce, and cheese.

Serving

  • Top each bowl with pickle slices for a delightful crunch and tang.
  • Drizzle mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice over the top for extra flavor.
