Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and trim Brussels sprouts, removing any yellow leaves.
  • Cut them in half to help them cook evenly.

Cooking

  • Toss the halved sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread them out evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are golden and crispy.

Serving

  • In a small saucepan, gently heat vegetable broth and stir in nutritional yeast and garlic.
  • Pour the creamy sauce over the roasted sprouts.
  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan for optimal caramelization. Prepare in advance and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
