  • Gently toss the fries to ensure even coverage of the seasoning.
  • Add the remaining brown sugar mixture to the fries and toss again to coat evenly.

Serving

  • Enjoy the fries hot for best flavor. If they aren’t hot enough, return them to the oven at 350 °F (177 °C) for five minutes or broil briefly to melt the sugar.
  • Optionally, sprinkle a hint of chile powder, fresh nutmeg, or allspice for an extra flavor boost.
