Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions if not already cooked.
  • Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  • Grease a baking dish with oil or butter.

Cooking

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli florets, cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serving

  • Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh broccoli. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
