  • 2 cups Blueberries Tart and fresh flavor.
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Creamy base packed with protein.
  • 1 tbsp Honey Natural sweetness.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Aromatic flavor enhancement.
  • 1 tbsp Cooking spray Prevents sticking.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a mini muffin tin with liners or spray with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Wash the blueberries and gently pat them dry.

Cooking

  • Pour the yogurt mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about halfway.
  • Add a few blueberries on top of each yogurt-filled cup.
  • Using a toothpick, swirl the blueberries into the yogurt for a marbled effect.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes or until set.

Serving

  • Allow the yogurt bites to cool completely in the pan.
  • Once cooled, remove from the muffin tin and place in a serving dish.
  • Enjoy immediately or store for later!

Notes

For a creamier texture, use whole fat Greek yogurt. Don’t skip the cooling step to maintain shape and texture. Try using flavored yogurt for a fun twist on taste. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Make a double batch to have snacks ready for the week.
