  • 1/2 cup cold water To blend everything smoothly.
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt The base that brings creaminess and protein.
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey or agave For that perfect touch of sweetness.
  • 1 piece pear (quartered and seeded) Adds fresh sweetness and fiber.
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries These little gems bring flavor and color!

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Rinse the pear, then quarter and seed it.
  • Measure out the frozen blueberries.
  • Get your blender ready.

Blending

  • In your blender, combine the cold water and Greek yogurt.
  • Add the quartered pear and honey or agave.
  • Toss in the frozen blueberries.
  • Blend on high until everything is creamy and smooth, about 30 seconds.

Serving

  • Check the consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little more water and blend again.
  • Pour into your favorite glass.
  • Enjoy immediately, or chill it for later!

Notes

Ripeness Matters: Choose pears that are just ripe for the best flavor. Storage: If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. You can freeze your smoothie for up to 1 month.
