Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup water Helps blend the smoothie smoothly without feeling heavy.
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Adds creaminess, protein, and a tangy flavor.
  • 1 banana Brings natural sweetness and enhances the smoothie’s texture.
  • 1/2 small lemon (peeled) Adds zesty brightness that balances the sweetness.
  • 1 cup frozen mango Provides tropical sweetness and vibrant color.
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries Bursting with antioxidants and adds a lovely purple hue.
  • to taste Honey (optional) Sweeten it up if you like; adjust as needed.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Ensure your fruits are frozen for the best texture.
  • Peel the banana and lemon, keeping the lemon chunks small for easy blending.
  • Prepare your blender by making sure it’s clean and ready to go.

Cooking/Assembling

  • Add the water to the blender first—this helps all the ingredients blend smoothly.
  • Next, toss in the Greek yogurt, banana, lemon, frozen mango, and frozen blueberries.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds. If it’s too thick, add a little more water.

Serving

  • Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass or bowl.
  • If you want, drizzle some honey on top for added sweetness.
  • Serve immediately, and enjoy a burst of flavors in every sip!

Notes

For the best results, use frozen fruit for a thick texture. You can customize with greens or alternative yogurt types. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or freeze for up to a month.
