  • 1 cup Raw Cashews Soaked for optimal creaminess.
  • 1 cup Medjool Dates These should be soft; soak if necessary.
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder Boosts protein content.
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles For decoration and flavor.

Optional Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds For added omega-3 fatty acids.
  • 2 tablespoons Ground Flax Contributes fiber and healthy fats.
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds For extra crunch and nutrients.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Soak the cashews for 2 hours in hot water, or overnight in room temperature water with a pinch of salt.
  • If necessary, soak the Medjool dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften.
  • Drain the soaked cashews and dates, then add to a food processor with the vanilla protein powder; blend until smooth.

Mix

  • If using, mix in optional ingredients like hemp seeds, ground flax, or chia seeds.
  • Gently fold in the sprinkles until evenly distributed.

Chill and Serve

  • Optionally chill the mixture in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes for easier rolling.
  • Scoop the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls, then coat in additional sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Keep stored in an airtight container for freshness. These protein balls freeze well for up to three months.
