Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, sprinkles, and salt until evenly mixed.
  • Whisk in the milk, cashew butter, maple syrup, almond extract, and vanilla extract until everything is fully combined.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into four lidded containers and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • For serving, top each jar with Greek yogurt, drizzle some additional cashew butter, and sprinkle with extra rainbow sprinkles.

Notes

Let the mixture sit for at least six hours for best texture. Store in air-tight containers and consume within 4 to 5 days. Adjust sweetness to preference.
