Preparation

  • Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water and use a salad spinner to dry the leaves.
  • Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  • Break or chop the croutons into smaller pieces if they are large.

Cooking/Assembly

  • Add the prepared Romaine to a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss gently to coat the leaves.

Notes
