  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Adjust sweetness as needed.
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt Enhances overall flavor.
  • 2 cups milk of choice Almond, coconut, soy, or cow’s milk.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Contributes warm flavor.
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries Packed with antioxidants.
  • to taste optional toppings Additional mixed berries, honey, or maple syrup.

Preparation

  • Add the chia seeds, protein powder, and salt to a jar and mix to combine.
  • Pour in the milk and vanilla extract and stir to combine, ensuring no clumps of chia seeds are left at the bottom.
  • Fold in the mixed berries until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Place a lid on the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Before serving, optionally top with additional mixed berries and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
  • Keep refrigerated for up to 4 days.

Notes

To achieve the best results, soak the mixture overnight. For unique flavors, try different types of milk. Make sure to stir well after adding milk to avoid clumping.
