Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash all your fruit thoroughly under cold water.
  • Cut the melons into chunks, aiming for bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the pineapple into chunks, removing the core.
  • Peel and slice two oranges into chunks, and set one aside for juicing.
  • Remove the stems from raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
  • Wash grapes and slice them in half if desired.
  • Chop mint leaves finely and set aside.

Assemble

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melon, pineapple, orange chunks, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and grapes.
  • Drizzle honey over the top and add the juice of the remaining orange and lime.
  • Gently toss the fruit salad to ensure everything is coated.
  • Add the chopped mint and give one final toss.
  • Let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving or refrigerating.
