  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha Adjust according to heat preference.

For the Bowl

  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage Offers crunch to the bowl.
  • 1 cup Carrots Adds natural sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup Green onions Adds fresh flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice Enhances the flavors.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, combine the salmon pieces with cornstarch, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
  • Chop the green onions and set them aside, along with the shredded cabbage and carrots.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, carefully add the salmon pieces in a single layer and cook for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip the salmon for even cooking and fry for an additional 3 minutes until fully cooked.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.

Serving

  • In a large bowl, layer the shredded cabbage and carrots as the base.
  • Top with crispy salmon bites, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top.
  • Finish with chopped green onions and a squeeze of lime juice.

Notes

For maximum crunch, ensure salmon pieces are dry before coating in cornstarch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
