Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and chop your veggies and green onions.
  • Make sure your rice is cooked and ready to go.
  • Dice the cooked chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.

Cooking/Assembling

  • In a large pan or wok, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and sauté until tender (about 3-5 minutes).
  • Stir in the chicken and scrambled eggs until heated through.
  • Add the rice, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Mix well!
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
