  • 1 pound Chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 medium Bell peppers Chopped into similar sizes.
  • 1 medium Red onion Chopped for flavor.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced for aromatic richness.
  • 1/2 cup Bang Bang sauce For brushing and serving.
  • 5-6 skewers Wooden or metal skewers Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Preparation

  • Begin by cutting the chicken breast into suitable bite-sized pieces.
  • Chop the bell peppers and red onion into similar sizes for even cooking.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning while grilling.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F or 190°C to 230°C).
  • Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and veggies.
  • Brush the skewers generously with Bang Bang sauce.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and veggies are tender.

Serving

  • Remove skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve with additional Bang Bang sauce and garnishes of your choice.

Notes
