  • 1/2 cup Thai-style red curry simmer sauce Infuses the dish with warming spices and creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened coconut milk Provides creaminess without the extra calories.
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic Adds a savory depth that enhances flavors.
  • 1/4 cup Water Balances the curry sauce for the perfect consistency.

For the Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped Adds brightness and freshness as a garnish.
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, thinly sliced Offers a crispy, mild onion flavor on top.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the frozen potstickers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the soy-based sauce, Thai-style red curry simmer sauce, coconut milk, minced garlic, and water until well combined. Set aside the sauce mixture for assembly.

Cooking

  • Bake the potstickers for 15–20 minutes until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • While they bake, heat the sauce mixture in a saucepan over medium heat until it’s bubbling, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Once the potstickers are cooked, remove them from the oven.

Serving

  • Drizzle the heated sauce over the baked potstickers and toss gently to coat.
  • Transfer the potstickers to a serving plate or dish. Garnish with chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, and a drizzle of chili crisp or crunchy chili oil for an extra kick.
  • Enjoy while warm for the best flavor and texture!

Notes

For extra crispiness, give the potstickers a light spray of cooking oil before baking. You can also swap frozen potstickers for freshly made ones for a homemade feel. Store leftovers for up to three days for quick meal options later.
