Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken for 25–30 minutes in the preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • For a caramelized finish, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes until the top is bubbly and slightly crisp.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serving

  • Slice the chicken breast and arrange on plates or a serving platter.
  • Drizzle any remaining sauce from the baking dish over the chicken.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy with your choice of sides!

Notes

For the best results, use fresh chicken breasts. Marinating for longer can enhance flavors. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
