Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a baking dish lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Chop the marcona almonds and mince the rosemary.
  • Rinse the blueberries and set them aside.

Cooking/Assembling

  • Carefully place the brie in the center of your baking dish.
  • Spoon the lemon marmalade generously over the top of the brie.
  • Scatter the blueberries evenly over the marmalade.
  • Sprinkle the chopped almonds and minced rosemary on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the brie is soft and slightly bubbling.

Serving

  • Remove the brie from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes for easier serving.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice into the brie for that gooey, melty goodness.
