Preparation

  • Slice the avocado in half lengthwise and twist to loosen the flesh from the pit. Remove the pit carefully.

Blending

  • Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender and add lime juice, water, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and wasabi. Start with the lesser amount of water.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water as necessary for desired thickness.

Finishing Touches

  • Taste the dressing and adjust lime juice, salt, or other seasonings to your preference.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge with lime juice on top to prevent browning, using it within one day for best results.

This dressing is best enjoyed fresh. Store it in an airtight container and consume within one day. Press plastic wrap against the surface before sealing to keep it vibrant.
