Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F and lightly spray the basket with non-stick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or honey), and cinnamon. Toss until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the pineapple in the air fryer basket in a mostly even layer, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  • Air fry for 12–16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pineapple is golden, juicy, and tender.
  • Remove from the air fryer and drizzle the remaining tablespoon of maple syrup over the top.

Serving

  • Serve warm on its own or with yogurt, oatmeal, or vanilla ice cream.

Notes

For best results, select ripe pineapples and cut them into consistent 1-inch cubes. Serve immediately for maximum juiciness.
