Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until mixed.
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them thoroughly with the garlic mixture.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp, ensuring they are well covered.

Cooking

  • Carefully place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Look for the shrimp to turn pink and curl up slightly, indicating they are done.

Serving

  • Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving platter.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately while hot, with your favorite healthy sides.

Notes

Ensure shrimp are dried well after rinsing. Consider marinating the shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking to enhance taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
