Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 1 pound Medium Shrimp Rinsed and pat dried.
  • 1/2 cup Flour For coating the shrimp.
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten.
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs For maximum crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For color and smokiness.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Adds depth.
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt Essential seasoning.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adds a slight kick.
  • Oil spray Olive Oil Spray For a golden-brown finish.
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Optional garnish.

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayo Creates a creamy base.
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce For the spicy kick.
  • 2 tablespoons Thai Sweet Chili Sauce Balances the heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
  • Place the panko breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.
  • Set up an assembly line: shrimp -> flour mix -> egg -> panko.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Dip a shrimp in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  • Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Spray lightly with olive oil.
  • Air fry for 6–8 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.

Serving

  • While cooking, mix mayo, sriracha, and Thai sweet chili sauce in a bowl.
  • Once cooked, remove shrimp and place on a serving platter.
  • Drizzle with spicy mayo and garnish with green onions if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For the best results, ensure shrimp are well-dried before breading. Don’t overcrowd the fryer, and always preheat.
