  • 1 lb Salmon fillets Fresh, preferably
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch For coating
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Adds richness and helps with crispiness
  • 1/4 cup Bang Bang sauce Mix of mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, toss salmon with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in another bowl.

Cooking

  • Place salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd!).
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.

Serving

  • Drizzle the crispy salmon bites with the bang bang sauce.
  • Optional: Serve with lime wedges or over a bed of rice.
  • Enjoy while they’re warm, crunchy, and delicious!

Notes

Use fresh salmon for best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
