Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal The crunchy base that holds everything together.
  • 1 cup graham crackers, roughly chopped Adds that classic s'mores flavor and texture.
  • 5 tablespoons salted butter Enhances the richness.
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows Provides the chewy, gooey center.
  • 1 container (7 oz) marshmallow creme For an extra layer of sweetness and creaminess.
  • 6 bars (1.55 oz each) Hershey Bars The star of the show, delivering the iconic chocolate flavor.
  • 1 parchment or wax paper Ensures an easy release of the rolled treats.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a large cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mini marshmallows and butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and cook for an additional 15-30 seconds until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add the crushed graham crackers and Rice Krispies cereal to the melted mixture and stir until well-combined.
  5. Using your hands or an offset spatula, press the mixture into the prepared pan to form a rectangle that’s about 1/4” to 1/3” thick.
  6. Carefully spread marshmallow creme evenly over the top, leaving about a 1/2” border along the edges.
  7. Place the Hershey Bars on top of the marshmallow creme.
  8. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 4 to 5 minutes until the chocolate softens. Remove and spread it evenly over the marshmallow creme.
  9. Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes to let the chocolate set slightly.
  10. Start rolling from one long side, peeling away the paper as you go. Pinch the seams together to hold the roll in shape.
  11. Place seam side down and refrigerate for about 30 to 45 minutes until the chocolate has fully set.
  12. Cut into slices and serve.

Notes

Ensure to measure the ingredients properly and grease your paper lightly for an easier clean-up post-rolling. You can substitute coconut oil for butter for a dairy-free option. For added crunch, sprinkle mini chocolate chips into the Rice Krispie mixture.
