  • 1 cup peanut butter Binds everything together while offering creaminess.
  • ½ cup honey Natural sweetener that helps everything stick.
  • 1 piece Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil For lining your baking pan.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the old fashioned oats, mini dark chocolate chips, coconut flakes, almonds, dried cranberries, peanut butter, and honey until everything is thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Grab your 9x13 inch pan and line it with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil for easy removal and cleaning later.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the lined pan, pressing down firmly with your hands or a spatula to ensure it’s compact.
  4. Pop the pan into the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up the bars nicely.
  5. Once set, remove the bars from the pan using the foil lining, and cut them into rectangles. Store them in an airtight container to maintain their chewy texture.

Notes

Store the granola bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze them wrapped individually for up to three months. Feel free to customize with different nut butters or mix-ins.
