Ingredients

For the marinade
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil Acts as a tenderizer and flavor enhancer
  • 1/3 cup Orange Juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick Greek Seasoning Adds Mediterranean flair
  • 2 teaspoons Salt Essential for flavor
  • 1 pinch Pepper For mild spiciness
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Adds aroma and flavor
For the sauce
  • 3/4 cup Oil-Packed Sun-Dried Tomatoes (drained) Adds sweetness and texture

Method

Marination
  1. In a large ziploc bag, add the chicken breasts, olive oil, orange juice, Greek seasoning, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Seal the bag tightly and squish to coat the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Cooking

  2. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. Remove the cooked chicken and add sun-dried tomatoes and remaining orange juice to the pan.
  2. Simmer for 2-3 minutes and pour over the chicken or return chicken to the pan.
  3. Let rest for 2 minutes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze for longer storage. Substitute chicken thighs for juicier meat, or lemon for a different citrus flavor.
