Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel, then season them by mixing salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic. Rub the mix evenly onto the fillets.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned tilapia fillets into the air fryer basket, ensuring they’re spaced out for even cooking. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for about 7 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Sauce Preparation
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
Serving
- Once the fish is done, brush the lemon garlic butter sauce generously over the top of the fillets.
Notes
Serve with a fresh salad or warm, crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. For a light twist, use fresh herbs like basil or dill in the sauce.
